Most repairs that go wrong go wrong at the diagnosis. A cavity that misses its set point can be a tired element, a sensor drifting out of tolerance, a convection fan slowing under load or a door that stopped sealing two years ago, and only one of those is fixed by the part someone guessed at. So the readings come first, every time.

Model number, then the symptom
The rating plate sits behind the kick panel or inside the door frame on most of these. Send that plus a plain description — clicking that never lights, one side browning harder than the other — and the visit starts already narrowed.

Measured, not guessed
Manifold pressure at the regulator, spark and flame sense on every burner, igniter current draw, cavity temperature against set point through a full preheat. The readings decide the part.

A price before anything opens
Parts and labour quoted as one number and agreed before work begins. If the appliance is not worth repairing, that is what you are told rather than sold a partial fix.
